Overview

The Christmas Holidays and New Year Celebration Tour offers distant views of snowy mountains and an idea of the typical Nepali countryside, life, and ethnic culture and religion of its inhabitants. If you are traveling during Christmas and New Year with children, family, or dearest and do not have enough time for a longer trip, for a comfortable trek into the Nepal Himalaya, the 8 Days Nepal Trekking Christmas Holidays New Year Celebration Tour in Nepal would be suitable.

This trip starts with an hour's drive from Kathmandu city into the northeast to Sundarijal. The New Year Celebration Tour in Nepal is uniquely designed to provide the best feeling of natural beauty, villages terraced with seasonal crops like mustard and wheat, and it offers magnificent mountain views. It provides you with the exotic feeling of being close to nature among villages (or best described as rural Nepal), and at the most, it offers you awe-inspiring majesty and the beauty of dramatic mountain views. The Langtang Himalayan Range is in front of you, and far to the east are many mountains, including Mt. Everest, on a clear day. Manaslu and the Annapurna range are visible during favorable weather on the western horizon. Nagarkot and Dhulikhel are the most popular viewpoints for valley trekking, where you will enjoy the panoramic Himalaya, including the Langtang Himalayan range, Mt. Everest, Mt. Gaurishanker, Mt. Dorje Lakpa, Mt. Ganesh Himal, the Rolwaling Himalayan range, fertile terraces, river banks, green hills, and beautiful scenery.

Expansion trekking after Dhulikhel to Namo Buddha and Panauti Villages, where amazing legends related to the Buddha took place, is a wonderful place for meditation and exploring the Buddha, Newari culture, and their traditions. While the famous Buddhist stupas and monasteries are remarkable on the way, villages, which are small, sleepy settlements, rest at the junction of the Roshi and Ladku Khola Rivers and are worth seeing. The cradle of Nepalese civilization and culture is this trekking route, which is hilly. You will drive back to Kathmandu for your destination from Panauti.

The New Year Celebration Tour in Nepal 2025 (trekking in Nagarkot, Dhulikhel, and Namobuddha) takes you through typical Nepalese countryside and exposes you to the various ethnic groups of Nepal. Nepal Mother House Treks arranges this perfect Christmas holiday program for travelers with small children or who suffer from altitude sickness but still want a Nepalese mountain experience. This trip is available at any time and is a teahouse trek suitable for every individual and group traveler, especially for Nepali cultural seekers. We offer you this trip as you prefer: 1-day hiking, 1 night 2 days hiking, 2 nights 3 days trip, or 3 nights and 4 days trekking, too.
