The Jomsom is a modern town and the ancient salt trader 'Thakali' homeland. People here are of Tibetan origin but have their own language and customs. We take a scenic flight from Pokhara to Jomsom, and we start our tour ride through a popular trekking trail that leads us to many different wonderful villages rich in cultural and architectural points of view, to a special religious place - Muktinath. Then the rocky wide and small track slowly descends to meet a paved road that takes to the beautiful Trans Himalaya region towards Beni. This tour offers you amazing scenery and different culture as you travel between the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range. We “Nepal Mother House Treks” are glad to arrange this tour itinerary on your own design also.
