The first day begins with a professional tour guide visiting the UNESCO World Heritage sites in Kathmandu: Bouddhanath, Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square for almost a full day. This is a perfect tour to learn the Nepalese culture, civilization, and beliefs from centuries to this modern age.

On the second day, the trip starts from Sundarijal (the first drinking water supply center of Kathmandu) after driving from Thamel. Then enter the Sivapuri Nagarjun National Park and hike Mulkharka village and Chisopani Dhap Dam Lake through the bountiful jungle along the stream, singing with gentle water sounds. And finally, get to Hile Bhanjyang, artificial Dhap Dam Lake, located at 2090 m elevation from sea level with 175 m length and 24 m height, where can reserve 850,000 m3 of water when full. This is one of the best tourist destinations with mesmerizing Mountain Views of amazing Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Ganesh Himal, Langtang, and other mountains, including Mt. Everest, during good weather from west to east on the north side.

After having breakfast at the resort, hike to Nagarkot along the road to Jhule and the trail drop down to Chauki Bhanjyang, Jarsin Pauwa, and Katike, and walk the Nagarkot as the best viewpoint for sunset and sunrise nearby Kathmandu.

On the fourth day of the Nepal luxury Holiday, you will enjoy the Nagarkot Hotel with the best Mountain View and fresh air, then walk to Dhulikhel for about 4 to 5 hours, mostly through the jungle. You will stay overnight at a Luxury resort or hotel at Dhulikhel and may hike to Peace the forest, where can erect the huge Statue of Lord Buddha in the middle of the jungle just above the town. 4N 5D Nepal Luxury Trek Itinerary

On this first day, you will explore historical and spiritual attractions; including the historic Kathmandu Durbar Square; the House of Living Goddess “Kumari” and Kasthamandup temple” (said to have been built from a single tree in the 16th century), Big bell-Big Drams, Erotic wood-carvings in old temples and palaces, etc., Bouddhanath; one of the largest Stupas in Nepal, Swayambhunath; situated on top of the hill known as the Monkey Temple, it is one of the oldest Buddhist Stupa in the world, which has been registered as an UNESCO World Heritage sites. Pasupatinath; is a holy place for Hindus, with Sadhus and pilgrims bathing, and occasionally, funeral pyres burning on the Ghats, located on the holy Bagmati River.

You are witness to one of the masterpieces of Vishnu Vikranta statues at Tilganga, Pashupatinath, and a Lichhavi inscription from the pedestal of Vishnu Vikranta sculpture dated 389 Samvat Baisakh (468 CE).

Drive back to the hotel by private vehicle for an overnight stay. You will be able to stroll along the busy streets of Kathmandu's city center. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.

Day Highlights

Today, the trip starts from Sundarijal (The first drinking water supply center of Kathmandu) after 45 45-minute drive by private vehicles from your hotel at Thamel. Then enter the Sivapuri National Park, Nepal Scout Central Office, Sundari Jal Dam, and get to Mulkharka village. The trail goes mid of the village, where inhabitant by Tamang communities, you will see the aero of the trail on the right side for the Chisopani Dhap Dam 12 km along the farm trace, and enter the bountiful jungle. Often you will see people, riding motorbikes on the tinny trail, following a stream with its gentle sounds. The trail follows the stream bank and jungle all the way to Hile Bhanjyang, where you can see the motorable track, and goes for Chisapani, Nagarkot, and artificial Dhap Dam Lake 3 km from here.  There are no villages entire this hike, so you need to take some fast food with you and enough drinking water. Then, you will check in at Prakriti Resort and Organic Farm about 30 minutes.  After, having some meals hike to Dhap Lake about 2 kilometers.  Dhap Dam Lake is situated at 2090m elevation a human-made lake (Length 175m, height 24m, and can store 850,000 m3 of water when full)  Shivapuri Nagarjun  National Park with mesmerizing Mountain View from west to east on the north side amazing, Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Ganesh Himal, Langtang and other mountains including Mt. Everest during supper clear weather.

Hence, if you would like totally avoid bikes and walking in nature, there is a traditional hiking trail to the Chisapani from the left side of the village and walk to the top of the town and army post. You will meet just a few people on this trail and mostly goes through the dense forest and gorge.  You are witness to local people live hood such, as working on farms, cutting grass, collecting firewood, animal husbandry, hotels, tea shops, making local Raksi ( alcohols), and religious faith. Day Highlights

After having the breakfast at Resort, the trail goes along the road (a few bikes and vehicles meet) to the Jhule for 2 hours and a view of Helambu Valley and snowcapped mountains. Often can be seen rice terraces with scattered houses.  Then, the trail goes down to the Chaukibhanjyang, Jarsin Pauwa, and Kaattike Deurali, and ascends to the popular viewpoint of Nagarkot. Nagarkot is one of the best places near Kathmandu for the amazing mountain views with sunset and sunrise time. It offers magnificent and panoramic views of many Himalayan ranges including the 8,848.68 meters of Mt. Everest in for east ( can be seen in clear weather), Gaurishankar Himal, Dorjelakpa, Langtang Himal, Ganesh Himal, Manaslu Range, Annapurna Himalaya range and Dhaulagiri Himalaya range on the west. Among the many incredible beauties of Nagarkot, the Sunrise and Sunset views over the mountains are one of the best. It takes 6 to 7 hours to walk for 18 Km to Nagarkot. Day Highlights

Today, after having breakfast I enjoyed with mountain scenery. Begin trek to Dhulikhel, hike to the Nagarkot viewpoint tower above the army camp, and walk about 16 km to Dhulikhel (1550m) through the jungle ridge of the hill. There are two trails for the Dhulikhel, one goes all along the hillside ridge to the Dhulikhel with the best view, and next drops to the Sanga village a huge statue of lord Shiva and Trident near Kathmandu Fun Valley. Then take a bus to the Dhulikhel Resort for an overnight stay. At the reaming of the day, you may wander around the Dhulikhel to see people's livelihoods and hike for 30 minutes to the Peace Jungle with a big statue of Lord Buddha middle of the Jungle above the town. This is the best way to explore the Dhulikhel and mountains. 

Day Highlights

After having a late breakfast, you will drive back to ancient Bhaktapur town 16 km taking 30 minutes’ drive. You will meet the City Tourist Guide there and sightseeing around the town. Here, you will visit still more remarkable sites; one of the oldest cities in Kathmandu Valley “Bhaktapur” is known as a Living Museum. Where, old brick-paved enclave of the old Royal palace, Nyathapola Temple, and Datatriya Temple's exquisite artwork offer a picture of the grandeur of medieval Nepal. The group of Potter made the pot with clay on a wheel as tradition and to preserve their indigene's knowledge. Here in Bhaktapur, the yogurt name called “Juju Dhau” is the most popular, you may test a bowl of the Juju Dhau. This will be a remarkable sightseeing tour of once-in-a-glance century art and craft, food and culture, arcology, history, religious faith in ancient times to modern lifestyle. Then drive back to Kathmandu by private car for an overnight stay.

Few things are worth arranging while you are at home. Please note down these list details before your departure, these tips will help to make your trip enjoyable:

  • Never touch anybody with your feet, also never point in a direction using your feet. The feet are considered the most impure parts of the body.
  • When entering a house, somebody's kitchen, temple, or monastery take off your shoes.
  • As a woman you should always be dressed avoiding provocation, so keep shoulders and legs covered.
  • It is very polite to give and accept with your right hand, and even more so when you use your left hand for supporting the elbow of your right hand.
  • When in doubt about how to behave in certain situations; keep a low profile, do not shout, and keep your dignity.
  • It is better not to touch offerings or persons when they are on their way to shrines.
  • Beef is prohibited among both the Hindus and Buddhists. No female animal is killed for food.
  • You may not be allowed entry to the inner sanctuaries of temples and Stupas.
  • You may be interested to take snaps of temples, Stupas, and monuments. Generally, temples, Stupas, and monuments are permitted to be photographed, but it is better to have permission before using your cameras.
