Through Nepal Mother House Trekking’s standards and experience, we divide trekking into five types; namely Easy, Moderate, Moderate to Strenuous, Strenuous, and Very Strenuous. The challenge is in terms of both technicality and geography. Easy Treks could be suitable for all while Strenuous and Difficult Treks will only for those who have experience and capability in the Himalayas.
Trekking grading can help you choose a trek to climb in the Himalayan Region that best suits your fitness level and experience. Please keep in mind that this is a general guide only. A variety of factors including weather, may add to the challenge on our journey.
